Standard Inclusions

While each steel kit home design may have some unique inclusions, all have the following inclusions as standard:

• Drawings for council submissions, excluding site specific drawings

• Full engineering certification and plans

• Ready to assemble and pre-drilled stud frames and trusses

• Frame warranty (conditions apply)

• ZINCALUME® roof sheeting (COLORBOND® is also available)

• COLORBOND® wall sheeting, gutters and flashing

• All brackets and joinery to construct the shell of your new home

What You Need to Supply

Being an Owner Builder offers tremendous flexibility as you are in control of the ultimate look of your home. You will need to source trades and builders, doors and windows, gyprock, flooring, fixtures, lighting and all other aspects of fitting out your home from your preferred suppliers. You are also left to take care of purchasing all appliances, furnishings and landscaping your property.

Kit Home vs. Modular Home

Please do not get confused between our steel kit homes and modular home products on the market.  A steel kit home is perfect for those wanting to become the Owner Builder and really take control of the project.
