A Cost Effective Solution

Wde Span Sheds’ cold form pre-engineered industrial steel buildings are designed to meet your functional requirements and budget. By choosing to purchase a pre-engineered steel industrial shed or building, there is a huge potential to save on expensive custom engineering fees. Australian Manufactured with Strength

Cold-formed frames (purlin frames) are manufactured in Australia using steel by BlueScope. We would generally recommend a cold form frame for your commercial cover or shed if you are after a clear span up to 30 metres (dependant on wind regions and the design criteria of your site).

Customised Commercial Solution

Cold-formed sections have the ability to be completely adaptable and formed to various shapes at ambient temperatures. Wide Span Sheds can tailor buildings to suit high wind regions and have extra optional features that can be integrated to suit your business.

Structural Additions

An industrial pre-engineered steel building solution can be fitted with different structural additions, mezzanine floors and lean-tos. Additional reinforcing for snow, and earthquakes is also possible.  A wide range of function-enhancing extras like doors, internal walls, insulation, ventilation, and access points are also available.

Quick Turnaround

Get your business up and running quickly without compromising on quality. Cold form frames provide you with fast turnaround times (6 week manufacturing time). You also gain efficiencies during erection due to lightweight sections that are easy to construct.

Wide Span Industrial utilise the latest international building codes, safety and quality systems including IBC 2006 International, Building Code, AISC 2005 Design Code Steel Construction Manual, MBMA 2002 Metal Building Systems Manual, AISI 2003 Cold Formed Steel Code and ISO 9001- 2000 (supply and erection). All buildings supplied are Building Code of Australia compliant.
